MaxCash – Building Trust in Fintech from the Ground Up

About the Project
MaxCash is a US-based loan matching platform. When I came on board, there was no structured dashboard, the website was outdated, and their social presence didn’t reflect the brand’s credibility. My role was to build the foundation design the dashboard from scratch, revamp 100+ web pages, and support content for social growth.
The Challenge
No existing dashboard or user portal to guide people after sign-up
A website that felt cluttered and disconnected from the brand
Social media that lacked consistency and user-focused storytelling
Balancing compliance requirements while making everything user-friendly
My Approach
I treated this like building a product ecosystem from zero:
Dashboard from scratch
Designed the complete loan portal experience. Every screen was mapped, structured, and designed to reduce friction and give users clarity on their loan options.Full website revamp
Rebuilt 100+ webpages with a modern design system. Organized content flows, improved readability, and made sure CTAs were clear and consistent across the site.Social media content

I wasn’t making visuals..I was building the experience that users would associate with MaxCash at every touchpoint.
Note: Metrics and financial outcomes are under NDA, but the redesign and new assets directly supported higher engagement, better brand trust, and a more cohesive product experience.
